Annual Meeting Onsite Program
A combination of manual and automated layouts were used in this annual meeting onsite program. The automation was accomplished through use of style sheets and X-Data in Quark. [X-Data programming was provided by the client’s database management company.]
The At-A-Glance section contained custom page layouts for plenary sessions (left page) and automated pages for breakout sessions (right page) grouped by day, time and theme.
Detailed Program Description pages (left page), which included session descriptions and speaker names, were automated as were the Speaker Index pages (right page) with photos, bios and session information.
